If you have the latest version of Java, you may have to enable it on your system.
To turn on JavaScript, follow the directions below:
Microsoft Internet Explorer (Windows)
- Select Internet Options from the Tools menu
- Click the Security tab
- Click Custom level… in Security level for this zone
- Scroll down to Scripting, near the bottom of the list
- Under Active scripting, choose Enable
- Click OK to leave Security Settings. Click OK to leave Internet Options
- Refresh the page for the JavaScript change to take effect
Mozilla Firefox
- Select Options… from the Tools drop-down menu
- Select the Content section from the options at the top of the pop-up page
- Check the Enable JavaScript box
- Click OK
- Refresh the page for the JavaScript change to take effect
Apple Safari
- Select Preferences… from the drop-down menu
- For Windows from the Edit menu
- For Macintosh from the Safari menu
- If the menu toolbar is hidden, use the gear icon menu
- Select the Security section from the options at the top of the pop-up page
- Under Web Content, check the Enable JavaScript box
- Close the Security window
- Refresh the page for the JavaScript change to take effect
Google Chrome
- Select Options from the Settings (wrench icon) drop-down menu
- Select the Under the Hood section from the options at the top of the pop-up page
- Click Content settings… in the Privacy section
- Under the Features: list, select JavaScript
- Click the radio button Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)
- Close the Content Settings window
- Close the Google Chrome Options window
- Refresh the page for the JavaScript change to take effect
