If the CIR Web Site Does Not Work for You

If our web site does not work for you, you need to install Java on your system. Go to: http://www.java.com and download the application. After you have installed Java, reboot your computer.

If you do have Java installed, make sure to get the latest version by following the instructions above

If you have the latest version of Java, you may have to enable it on your system.
To turn on JavaScript, follow the directions below:

Microsoft Internet Explorer (Windows)

  1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu
  2. Click the Security tab
  3. Click Custom level… in Security level for this zone
  4. Scroll down to Scripting, near the bottom of the list
  5. Under Active scripting, choose Enable
  6. Click OK to leave Security Settings. Click OK to leave Internet Options
  7. Refresh the page for the JavaScript change to take effect

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Select Options… from the Tools drop-down menu
  2. Select the Content section from the options at the top of the pop-up page
  3. Check the Enable JavaScript box
  4. Click OK
  5. Refresh the page for the JavaScript change to take effect

Apple Safari

  1. Select Preferences… from the drop-down menu
    1. For Windows from the Edit menu
    2. For Macintosh from the Safari menu
    3. If the menu toolbar is hidden, use the gear icon menu
  2. Select the Security section from the options at the top of the pop-up page
  3. Under Web Content, check the Enable JavaScript box
  4. Close the Security window
  5. Refresh the page for the JavaScript change to take effect

Google Chrome

  1. Select Options from the Settings (wrench icon) drop-down menu
  2. Select the Under the Hood section from the options at the top of the pop-up page
  3. Click Content settings… in the Privacy section
  4. Under the Features: list, select JavaScript
  5. Click the radio button Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)
  6. Close the Content Settings window
  7. Close the Google Chrome Options window
  8. Refresh the page for the JavaScript change to take effect
