We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain. (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the day of salvation.) 2 Corinthians 6:1-2 King James Version

Yesterday with all of our mistakes, our sins and our failures is gone. We all fail and hurt Jesus in some way every day. There is absolutely nothing that we can do to erase the mistakes we made yesterday. However, there is something that we can do about today. It is up to us to choose how we are going to use this day that God has given to us. We can either spend the day watching television and doing what we want to do or we can spend the day serving Jesus.

Each one of us must decide if we are going to use the day for ourselves or if we are going to use the day for Jesus. All of us must ask ourselves these questions “How much do I love Jesus? Do I really love Him with all of my heart or do I just tell people that I love Him? How much am I willing to give up to serve Him? Am I willing to shut off the television and spread the unconditional love of a risen Saviour to people who desperately need to know that someone cares?”

The way we answer these questions will determine if we will make our precious Saviour happy or if we will break His heart. Today is the day for some precious soul to accept Jesus as his or her personal Saviour. Unless we are willing to get out of our comfort zones and go minister and witness to people, we are hurting Jesus and breaking His heart.

We must spread the unconditional love of Jesus to everyone we meet because Jesus may want to use us to love someone to Him. Just telling somebody about the unconditional love of Jesus will never win that person to Him. That person must see and hear Jesus in our smiles and in our words. We must be willing to extend the unconditional love of Jesus by our actions to those we are trying to win to Jesus. It is very important and urgent that we put our arms around them and hug them for Jesus.

Then and only then, will they feel the unconditional love of Jesus for them. They too will want the joy and happiness that we have and will invite Jesus into their hearts to be their personal Saviour. Are you spreading the good news of Jesus or are you watching television? Are you making Jesus happy today or are you breaking His heart?
