Next fall, when you see geese heading south for the winter, flying along in 'V' formation, you might consider what science has discovered as to why they fly that way. As each bird flaps its wings, it creates an uplift for the bird immediately following. By flying in 'V' formation, the whole flock adds at least 71 percent greater flying range than if each bird flew on its own.

In recovery groups and 12 Step programs, you get one meeting for $1. In CIR, for only 50¢ per day, you get all of these benefits! Click

Dues cost less than a cup of coffee per day. In 12 Step programs and churches people drop a few dollars in the basket to fund the organizations and they also donate. Those who are using the services of these groups and ministries pay for them.
